1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted, 14 Days after delivery along with unused portion of Texas Lip Balm.

2. Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

3. Return Process: Please mail the unused product to our designated return address in Austin, Texas.

4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
